Our Mission Statement
The mission of The Spine Health Foundation is to provide education, encouragement and healing solutions to individuals suffering from chronic back pain related to spinal disorders or injuries.
Individuals must apply for assistance through The Spine Health Foundation to determine eligibility. Assistance may include the following: assistance covering medication costs, physician expenses, and/or hospital expenses. The Spine Health Foundation, Inc. is dedicated to helping eligible individuals obtain the specialized medical care necessary to relieve extreme pain associated with various forms of spinal issues.
